Ambrish Vasudevan is a Principal in H.I.G.’s Infrastructure Fund based in the New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including originating, structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth strategies.

Ambrish has over a decade of infrastructure investment and management experience. Prior to joining H.I.G., Ambrish led corporate development at Crescent Midstream, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. He also previously worked on the investment team for the flagship fund at Global Infrastructure Partners. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

Ambrish earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
