Emmanuel de Ladoucette Principal

Emmanuel is a Principal on H.I.G.’s Infrastructure team and is based in London. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, structuring, financing, and the execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Emmanuel has over 10 years of experience in infrastructure private equity, with a focus on value-added middle-market investments across telecommunications, transportation, energy, and environmental services. Prior to joining H.I.G. Infrastructure, Emmanuel worked at Partners Group, where he was involved in the origination, execution, and asset management of infrastructure investments. He began his career on the infrastructure private equity team at Ardian.

Emmanuel holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
